• Drying out after wet walk to collect sticks

  As usual, a wet start to camp. Children are not bothered at all.  Drying out waterproofs and chilling before tea. 
  children did a great job putting up the tents.   Should impress the Cannock chase district scout leader. when he comes to inspect the camp later in the week.

• Morning training

  Well done to all children who turned up for 7.30 morning training today, especially as it was raining.  Thirty five children turned up which is a record.

   

  we are also getting good numbers for our 7.30 swims.  Keep it up.
