Millfield Primary School safeguarding team

If you have a safeguarding, welfare or medical concern, please talk to a member of the safeguarding team as soon as possible.

Millfield Safeguarding Team:

My name is Sarah Headland.  I'm the school's Family Support Worker and Safeguarding Lead here at Millfield

I'm here to support parents and children with any worries or concerns they have either inside

or outside of school. I'm also a mom to 3 children so understand the issues and worries

Parents/carers have. My background was working for children services for many years

in different local authorities, so please feel free to talk to me. I can honestly say

don't think there is much that I haven't heard in my career and I'm here to support you or your children in any way I can.
