Look what we've been up to April 2019.

We baked cakes in nursery today to celebrate Henry and Lily-Mae’s birthday, πŸŽ‚ 🎈

We have been reading the story Jaspers Beanstalk. We decided to make our own flower gardens using playdough, different flowers and little tin pots! How beautiful do they look! πŸ’ 🌷

Fine motor skills ✍️ Mark making ✏️ We traced over pictures from our story Jaspers Beanstalk. We tried really hard to stay on the lines. We also wrote lots of words from our story. ✏️

We enjoyed making our Easter Bunny ears ready for our egg hunt! 🐰 πŸ₯š 🐣

We enjoyed a bit of relaxing yoga on a very wet Thursday afternoon! πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ

Making chicks in the playdough, using feathers, sticks and wobbly eyes! We made β€œa whole family of chicks” πŸ₯

To continue developing our fine motor skills, we have been learning how to sew, starting with threading the needle 🧡

We made little chick pots using tubes, tissue paper, card and wobbly eyes. All we need now is a visit from the Easter Bunny! 🐣

A very exciting Monday morning as the chickens in reception class had begun to hatch.
