• Year breakfast

  9.00 and all children fed  cereal, toast. And Or bacon around the campfire. Currently cleaning teeth (mainly the girls). and preparing for tent inspections. 

  Looks like another dry day. 

   

• First night done

  All children survived the night and are now running around but staff are not looking so good having been up from early hours. 

  The hair stuck in the zip was new as was the child locking herself in the toilet!

   

• At least it’s not raining

  A new one for camp. Girl stuck in middle of night with hair caught in zip. Just what you want to  be doing at 4 in the morning!

• Not to late a night

  11.45 and no one out of tent for toilet for at least an hour. Not to bad. 

  Hopefully a lie in on morning and kid will sleep in but we doubt it. 

  Kids were fine tonight as it was their first time away on camp. 

• Bed time for year 3

  No tears so far but it feels like a late night coming. Christmas lights are out to guide them around in the dark   We have issued everyone with a set of thermals to wear under their pjs so they should be warm especially as many are in 2 bags. 

  

• First night tea

  All children fed on sausages and cheese mash and veg or beans plus pudding. 

  First fire of camp lit and night games ready for dark. Different this year we have Christmas lights set up for the children.
