Meeting with Jeremy Corbyn
Tue 02 May 2017Mrs. Sheehy attended the National Association of Head Teachers' conference at the weekend, where she had a useful meeting with Jeremy Corbyn about the school funding issue. She also addressed the conference about her concerns about the way assessment is handled in school - in particular with regard to the SATs. -
Meeting with our Local MP
Thu 16 Mar 2017Last Friday our Headteacher and a number of other local Headteachers met with our MP Wendy Morton at Millfield to explain our worries about funding, assessment and other issues in school. We felt that the meeting went really well. Our MP listened to what we had to say and is going to raise some matters with the Secretary of State at her next meeting with her. Let's hope we can make a difference -

New Record
Thu 09 Feb 2017We were informed today that Jae Bishop from our school was the first ever year 4 child to do the Cnicht summit walk. The boys did so well that the walk was extended due to their speed and fitness and they walked all the way back to Plas Gwynant rather than using the minibus as is normal. -

Thu 09 Feb 2017The 8 boys broke the school record for height today. Great effort with very little moaning. -
