For more information please follow the link below.
On a rainy Friday afternoon, we decided to add a little bit of fun to our day. Year two watched Miss Attenborough make a fossil by following a set of instructions then had a go themselves. They used the dinosaurs that they excavated and made a imprint into the dough. Everyone worked so well together and enjoyed playing with the dough. We hope to show these off in our year 2 museum in a few weeks!
On Friday 4th October Year 1 and 2 went exploring for dinosaurs and made some incredible discoveries!
We found bones, skin, dinosaur eggs and even dung from herbivores, omnivores and carnivores!!
After being chased by Velociraptors and hiding in a shed, the children discovered a T-Rex skull in the ground and worked with Mrs. Dolman to excavate it.

Reading books go home every night – please read for 10 minutes or so, sign the book and send it back in the next day. We aim to read with the children every day but if books aren’t in school, we can’t read with them. It is vital that books are bought back to school every day.
