What is your favourite book?

I have many favourite books and favourite authors (Phillip Pullman, Mini Grey, Rebecca Cobb) Perhaps my overall favourite book is 'A Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy' by Douglas Adams - it's funny yet thought provoking.

What is your favourite colour?

An easy question - whether it's lime, chartreuse, olive, fern, kelly, army, kiwi or emerald - it's most certainly green!.

What was your favourite subject at school?

Science - I have always loved finding out why things are the way they are and how things work. Science is magic!

If you were a character from any book, who would you be?

Lyra Belacqua from Philip Pullman's 'His Dark Materials' books. Not only do I love Pullman's stories, but Lyra is a fine character - she's kind, brave, clever and fierce when she has to be.

Tell me an interesting fact about yourself.

I've been to over 400 music gigs and concerts (so far). I love lots of different music genres - as long as you can dance to it, I probably like it.

I'm very proud to be in Yellow Canaries - Yellows, yellows hear us BELLOW!
