Egg breakfast
Wed 12 Sep 2018Fried egg morning plus beans spaghetti and sausage this morning. Everyone slept well.

Movie night
Tue 11 Sep 2018End of a great day with all weathers and lots done. Lots of firsts with children cooking and eating new foods and overcoming fears on bikes and splitting huge logs.
Choice for the evening. 2 have opted for early bed, a few playing in the dark and the rest have an outdoor movie night.

Evening dinner done
Tue 11 Sep 2018Great cooking but a half bottle of Piri Piri sauce was to much for my tastes. The tomato and garlic sauce with carrots sweet corn and chicken was nice and the chicken tikka curry was great. Well done to all the cooks. Only issue was the portions which were huge.
Just the washing up to do now.

Tue 11 Sep 2018Late lunch today as activities went on longer than expected. All children made their own lunch very efficiently.

Tue 11 Sep 2018Logs all cut to work up an appetite. Bacon on for brunch.

Wet breakfast
Tue 11 Sep 2018Everyone slept well apart from Mrs Anderson who needs a thicker sleeping mat. Children up and about by 7.00 sorting out themselves with washes. Wet breakfast today so bacon may be delayed until break in weather. Spirits high.

First night bbq
Mon 10 Sep 2018All tents up and bedding sorted. Lovely bbq with sausages, burgers and kebabs. Everyone ate well around campfire singing along to the music.
