Buddhism and Peace

As part of our topic on Buddhism and Peace we explored different ways to experience mindfulness. We thoroughly enjoyed the chance to have a nice and relaxing afternoon. It gave me tools, I can use at home when I feel stressed or anxious - Year 5 pupil. 

 

Our tasks included: yoga, mindful colouring, prayer, meditation and tai chi
